Krishna Mohan's Journey from September 2024 to September 2025: Version 2.0 Growth


- September 2024: Laying the Foundation  

  - Began deepening my knowledge through targeted learning programs and micro-internships, focusing on digital marketing, AI integration, and leadership coaching.

  - Dedicated time to refining my core skills in business strategy, product development, and customer relationship management.

  - Established a daily routine incorporating meditation, focused work blocks, and continuous learning, laying the groundwork for a productive mindset.


- October 2024: Building Confidence and Expertise  

  - Applied newly acquired skills in real-world settings, gaining confidence and refining techniques through practical application.

  - Expanded my network by connecting with industry leaders, mentors, and potential collaborators, enhancing my visibility and influence in the digital coaching space.

  - Started micro-blogging on LinkedIn to share insights and build a personal brand, gradually positioning myself as a thought leader in AI and leadership.


- November 2024: Product and Service Development  

  - Developed and fine-tuned a suite of digital products and services, including leadership coaching programs and AI-driven productivity tools.

  - Conducted market research and pilot programs to validate product-market fit, receiving positive feedback and refining offerings based on user input.

  - Continued to build habits around deep work, breaking tasks into micro-chunks, and maintaining high levels of productivity and focus.


- December 2024: Business Launch and Initial Success  

  - Officially launched my digital product and service company with a strong marketing campaign, utilizing social media, webinars, and strategic partnerships.

  - Achieved INR 1,00,000 in revenue within the second week, validating the business model and generating early momentum.

  - Focused on cultivating a growth mindset, viewing challenges as opportunities and continuously seeking ways to improve both personally and professionally.


- January - March 2025: Scaling Operations and Expanding Offerings  

  - Scaled operations by hiring key team members, building a strong foundational team, and streamlining processes for efficiency.

  - Expanded product offerings to include advanced courses and premium membership tiers, targeting a broader audience.

  - Implemented data-driven strategies to optimize customer acquisition and retention, steadily increasing monthly revenue to INR 8,00,000 by March.


- April - June 2025: Strengthening Market Presence  

  - Increased focus on brand building and market penetration through consistent content creation, speaking engagements, and partnerships with key influencers.

  - Revenue grew steadily, reaching INR 12,00,000 per month by June, driven by strong sales and customer retention strategies.

  - Enhanced personal skills in public speaking, negotiation, and strategic decision-making, becoming more confident and effective in business dealings.


- July - September 2025: Achieving Financial Milestones and Personal Growth  

  - Achieved a consistent monthly revenue of INR 15,00,000 with a 30% profitability margin, marking a significant milestone in business growth.

  - Launched new initiatives and digital products, entering international markets and diversifying revenue streams.

  - Solidified a mindset of resilience, adaptability, and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of excellence within the company.

  - Developed habits around regular self-reflection, gratitude practices, and mindful decision-making, further enhancing personal and professional growth.


- End of September 2025: Reflecting on a Year of Transformation  

  - Reflected on a year of substantial growth, both in business performance and personal development.

  - Celebrated key achievements, such as reaching revenue targets, building a successful team, and becoming a recognized thought leader in the digital coaching and AI integration spaces.

  - Committed to ongoing growth and development, setting new, ambitious goals for the coming year to continue the upward trajectory.


Over the past year, I have evolved into a more confident, strategic, and impactful leader, growing my business and myself. Through disciplined habits, a growth mindset, and continuous learning, I have achieved my vision of Version 2.0, ready to take on even greater challenges in the future.
